This is an easy, delish, and healthy meal. Perfect for feeding your body fast & well.
How to do this?
- Open 1 or 2 perfectly ripe avocados, scoop out the avocado meat
- Mash the avocado in a bowl – leave it a bit chunky
- Add Aleppo Pepper (or your favorite type of pepper), garlic powder & salt and mix in
- Toast your favorite bread
- Smooth the avocado mixture over your toast beautifully
- Eat
For variation and/or to make your Avocado Toast a bit fancier, you can add additional treats to the top of the toast. Here are some suggestions: tomatoes, cucumbers, sprouts, jalapeños, nuts, cilantro, berries, or cook an egg and plop it on top. Delish!
